War alles vom Feinsten...auch ohne große Englisch Kenntnisse... Jan ist super hilfsbereit... wir haben auch unseren Transport vom Flughafen über ihn gebucht hat alles super geklappt!!! Würden immer wieder buchen wir waren 6 Personen...

Beautiful place for our family reunion with more than enough space to feel comfortable. The view over Vltava River was a highlight every hour day and night. Check in and -out were efficient and the place absolutely clean.

Super Unterkunft, toller Komfort, ziemlich zentrumnah und vor allem für uns 7 Frauen 3 Bäder..... Toll. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

Everything was perfect.

Únicamente que el día de llegada, no había nadie esperando, y tuvimos qe llamar por teléfono, gracias a una chica del grupo que hablaba inglés. El avión se retrasó, pero Ustedes tenían todos los datos del vuelo, y podían consultar por internet la hora real de llegada. Por otra parte, éramos 11 y sólo había 10 sillas. De todos modos, todo perfecto y muy contentos con el apartamento y el servicio, que recomendaremos sin duda. Un saludo

We loved the apartment and its location was perfect. The rooms were great size and well equipped. The temperatures in Prague were around 30 to 34 degrees and the one fan I am afraid was not enough to cool the apartment. The staff especially Monica the driver and Michaela were excellent. Thank you

Die Lage des Appartments 13 im 5. Stock, war genial. Es war total zentral, alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns die persönliche Einführung von Michaela, die uns alles sehr ausführlich erklärt hat. (Sogar die Fernsehprogramme) Ein Stern Abzug bei Komfort, da das Sofa schon ziemlich abgenutzt war und auch der Wohnzimmertisch etwas dreckig war. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir eine Auflaufform vermisst und die Pfannen waren zum Teil nicht mehr nutzbar. Ansonsten war wirklich alles super top! Wenn wir am Abreisetag noch von einem YourAppartments-Mitarbeiter verabschiedet worden wären, hätte die Kategorie Personal auch ganze fünf Punkte gegeben.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Kontaktaufnahme übers Internet und die Betreuung Vorort war prompt, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich kann diese Wohnung ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen.

We got a surprise upgrade upon arrival.

They had to fix something in the apartment 4 we signed up for, so they simply put us in another. Views were fantasic. They also had to fix the shower heads in two of the four bathrooms in the new place (apt 13) which his brother did quickly after our arrival. They also arranged cars to and from the airport for us. They were great hosts. The building is convenient location, just outside the tourist area, but still close to everything. We'd definitely recommend Jan.

We spent 4 lovely days in this apartment in Prague. Jan was very accommodating with our delayed arrival and quickly adjusted our rooms for our additional guest. The apartment is very spacious with a beautiful view of the river and Old Town. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well equipped with excellent water pressure. We were delighted to find this apartment with an elevator as we have been hauling our luggage up many flights of stairs in our previous pensions. The only suggestions I would make is to add a standard coffee maker with a carafe (to make more than 1 cup at a time (or maybe that is just an American thing)), add a small table and chair set to the patio and a second hair dryer in the 2nd bathroom. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a walk-able location in Prague. It is easy to get to all of the "things to do" as well as close to the grocery and restaurants. Though the available parking is street parking, we had no trouble finding a spot. Would stay again!

El apartamento fenomenal, ubicado a pocos minutos andando del centro. Muy buena comunicación a traves de tranvías y metro.

It was great, charming and convenient. My one suggestion is to provide some local info and a map to print one. Local info such as: nearest supermarket. Suggested restaurants. Local landmarks rtc. Just a suggestion. Cheers

La posizione è strategica per visitare la città.

Eravamo tre coppie e un bimbo. L'appartamento è esattamente come appare nelle immagini. Molto ampio, con tutti i comfort richiesti per una permanenza di qualche giorno o anche più (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, asciugacapelli, bollitore acqua, macchinetta del caffè, tostapane, microonde...). Il proprietario ci ha inoltre organizzato il servizio taxi da e per l'aeroporto (costo aggiuntivo). Consigliamo sicuramente questa scelta. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è strategica per visitare la città. Si trova in un quartiere bello e tranquillo, a pochi passi dal centro.

Wirklich empfehlenswertes Appartment. Gastgeber sind auch sehr nett und für alle Fragen offen. Parkplätze rund um das Haus sind gratis! Für größere Familien, oder Gruppen wirklich perfekt! SILVESTER in Prag, war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis und diese Stadt wird mich früher oder später, nochmal sehen!

Awesome stay, really enjoyed ourselves! The WIFI dropped out quite frequently, but it was a really minor issue. We would recommend this apartment without a doubt!!!

Es war ein super Apartment mitten im Zentrum Prags. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, sowie das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung war sauber und man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause.

This apartment is very confortable and is located in a good place, not too far from the center.

Great location, Jan was very accommodating, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

8 Tage = 7 Nächte in Prag. Das Appartement war das ideale Basislager für Erkundungstouren in alle Richtungen. Die Wohnung-Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich! In anderen Ferienwohnung fehlt in der Küche gewöhnlich die Teekanne oder ein scharfes Messer. Hier gab es beides und sogar einen Pürierstab u.v.a. Also alles bestens.

Beautiful, clean and spacious

We booked the Duplex Apartment 13 for a group of nine people for three nights. When we arrived, the owner was already waiting in front of the house. He gave us a very warm welcome! We immediately fell in love with the apartment, as it is very beautiful, clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. It takes a 15 minutes walk to the Karls bridge, so the apartment is very central and you do not need to take the bus. A huge mall is only 10 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this place!

Das Appartement war von der Lage der Größe, der Ausstattung einfach perfekt.Auch die Betreuung ließ keine Wünsche offen, sie war sehr herzlich und eher familiär.

Everything in this apartment was as expected and we are really happy that we made the right decision. It is within walking distance to the main attractions in Prague and its views from the windows are enjoyable and pleasant. It is a very large apartment especially if it is compared to a hotel room. This apartment is really tidy and with the right temperature. Truly recommended!

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Appartment mit herrlichem Blick auf Moldau und Prager Altstadt - exakt so wie auf den Fotos festgehalten! Jan war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartment war sauber und vorbereitet, die Betten für die Erwachsenen und Kinder waren bezogen - alles perfekt. Auch die Lage ist super - Altstadt, Karlsbrücke, Burg - alles zu Fuß prima erreichbar. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Good position, old but functional building, perfect view. Large apartment. Jan is very comunicative and flexible, and offer us the opportunity to stay in another apt fortunately free in same building which was realy huge, a duplex with 3 bedrooms and an enormous living with fireplace and large table. The kitchen is well utilated and have a big terase for smokers. Thanks Jan for everything. I recomend.
