Old Town Apartments s.r.o. - Down Town 3B 13

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist sehr mangelhaft. Kaputte Möbel, Küchenausstattung ungenügend: nicht ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, zu wenig Stühle für 12 Personen, Türen/Fenster beschädigt und teilweise nicht verschließbar. Alle Räume nicht sauber, besonders Bäder, Bettwäsche nicht in Ordnung...Laut, da nur Ferienwohnungen im Haus sind. Für Urlauber, die diese Mängel nicht interessieren ist die Wohnung erträglich, für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Prag , nicht zu empfehlen.

We were travelling as a group of eight people (extended family with children). The apartment is in a historical building right at the heart of historical Prague, next to Charles Square. The apartment has a lot of character: it has big high-ceilinged rooms and worn-out parquet floors. The furniture and the equipment are basic. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a bathtub in one of the three bathrooms in the apartment.The adjustable heating and radiators worked almost too well. There are two supermarkets, small shops and lots of eating places just around the corner from the apartment. We picked the keys for the apt on our way from the airport at a hotel at Holeckova Street, and left the keys in the apt on our way home. The only thing that bothered us a bit, was the cigarette smoke coming in through the ventilation system from a pub downstairs, but the smoke was noticeable only on the first night of our stay. We would definitely recommend the place to our friends.
